ABOUT ME
My name is Jeremy Dashiell
I got my start in the restaurant industry over 20 years ago. From casual comfort food, farm to table, country clubs & more, I've had the pleasure of learning & working with a diverse variety of culinary backgrounds.
In 2016, my cousins & I opened & ran a popular food truck in the Salisbury area. Personal matters eventually led us to close the food truck, but my passion for sharing extraordinary food lives on through The Primal Company.
We offer many services including full-service catering, curated private chef experiences, take-home meal prep & provisions, special holiday menus & more.
As a child, cooking in the kitchen alongside Grandma ignited a life-long passion for all things good food.
I am delighted to now be able to share that passion with my family & yours.
